PressureSystems - About HepvO and HepFlex

HepvO is a self-sealing valve designed to close the waste connection below a sink or sanitary appliance and prevent the escape of foul air. It will work at angles of heel that a conventional U-trap cannot handle.

HepvO maintains pressure equilibrium in the system by allowing fresh air in. It does so quietly, without the gurgling associated with conventional U-traps.

HepvO complies with BS5572:1994 Code of Pactice for sanitary pipework, and with existing UK building regulations.

HepFlex Waste pipework is designed for use with HepvO self-sealing valves. HepFlex provides an efficient means to connect appliances into waste systems in cramped areas. It connects into push-fit or solvent-welded pipeing systems.
